The Home's Evaluation. A Home Matters’ consultant tours the home with you and offers recommendations outlining steps to take toward improving the appeal and salability of the property. Ample time will be given in each room including curb appeal for you to take notes and ask specific questions about the recommendations. A ready-set-sell booklet will be filled out and left with you, prioritizing the consultant’s recommendations. This evaluation could include color analysis, minor home repairs, packing recommendations; furniture editing, updating, etc. Our service-provider list can assist with any painting, flooring, home repair, landscaping, packing, or storage needs. Our consultants will also provide you with a no obligation quote to return upon your completion of the recommendations for the final staging of the home. $150

Staging for Occupied/Furnished Homes

Re-arrangement Home Staging. Our design team increases the appeal and salability of the home by rearranging the existing furniture, artwork, and accessories. We transform the home so that it has the best possible appeal to buyers. FREE QUOTE
