Established in 2004 by Linda Barnett, the Home Matters Property Stylists Group is Central Indiana's premier home staging resource and the wise choice in property presentation with a team of professional design specialists who understand the art of home merchandizing.
Featured in numerous local, regional and national print, online and broadcast media, the Home Matters team was named "Best in Class" for staging and design by local real estate agencies for 2008-2012. Home Matters also has the privilege of being the highest rated Indiana home staging company on "Angie's List." As a matter of fact, they have been the recipients of the Angie's List "Super Service" award three years in a row.
Home Matters offers a wide range of services for vacant and occupied homes, for all budgets and home prices. Linda Barnett
Founder of the Home Matters Property Stylist Group launched her business in 2004 and today operates one of the largest and fastest growing Home Staging and Redesign Companies in the mid-west. Linda, a former real estate agent has also completed home staging certifications with ASP, CSP, SAR and has concluded a staging and redesign advanced training program instructed by award winning host of HGTV, Matthew Finlason. Linda served as Technical Editor for the Home Staging for Dummies publication by Wiley Publishing. Linda sat on the "Panel of Experts" at the 2011 Real Estate Staging Associations (RESA) International conference in Las Vegas and has been named among the top 15 Home Stagers in the US by that same organization multiple years. Linda and her team have been the recipients of the Angie's List Super Service Award for the last three years and award "best house" stagers by area real estate companies and Indianapolis Monthly Magazine. Linda appreciates and loves "all things" with house, home and entertaining. She says "when it comes to selling or dwelling, your home matters."
Gary Barnett
Retired Senior operations manager for Target Distribution, Gary joined the Home Matters Property Stylist Group as Director of Operations. His main goal is to support the team in scheduling, inventory management and marketing projects. Gary's involvment with the staging industry over the past 6 years have earned him the nickname of "The Godfather of Staging" in which he is very proud of and adores. Gary is a vital part of the operation and we are grateful for his role in this growing company.
Autumn Janowski
A 2008 Graduate of Purdue University and former Realtor with F.C. Tucker has had a lifelong love of Art and Design. She has focused her career on helping clients create beautiful spaces that fit their personal lifestyles as well as to help them sell their homes quickly and for the most money possible. Her talents and easy going style motivates and inspires everyone she meets.
Brenda Pelz
Certified in Home Staging by Six Elements Inc. and is a graduate of the SAR advanced Staging course taught by HGTV's Matthew Finlason. She also has a Senior Redesign Specialist designation through Redesign for Retirement Living. Has served as a regular guest on Fox TV 7 Lifestyles morning show. Brenda has also been a guest designer for Kirkland's Home Dˇcor grand openings in both Evansville Indiana and Lafayette Indiana. Her professionalism is only complemented by her wonderful talents.
